At The Traders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
